The County Council has prepared a draft Payment of Expenses and the Provision of Facilities Policy which conforms with amendments made to the Local Government Act 1993.
Before adopting a new Payment of Expenses and the Provision of Facilities Policy, under section 352 of the LGA, councils are required to exhibit a draft of the Payment of Expenses and the Provision of Facilities Policy for at least 28 days. A copy of the draft code is available via this linkÂ
