Public Notice - Presentation of Financial Statements
as per Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993.
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993, the Upper Hunter County Council (Weeds Authority) advises that a public meeting is to be held at 5.00pm 27 November 2024 at 5.00 pm, Donald Horne Building, 140 Bridge St Muswellbrook NSW 2333. for the purpose of presenting the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2024.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council's Audited Financial Statements or the Auditors’ Report.
Submission must be writing and lodged with Council within 7 days of the reports being presented to the public.
