The County Council has prepared a draft Operational Plan for 2026-2027

The draft Operational Plan includes:
 
•    Detailed estimates of the Council’s income and expenditure for 2026/27.
•    Statement of the types of fees and charges proposed to be charged and the amount of each such fee and charge for 2026/27.

The draft Operational Plan will be on exhibition from 13 April 2026 to 8 May, 2026

Members of the public may make written submissions on these plans to the Council. Submissions close 8 May, 2026. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager, Upper Hunter County Council c/- PO Box 6 Muswellbrook NSW 2333
